to attend the second annual "Clash of the Arts" on Wednesday, May 30,
2012, at 6:00 p.m. at the Kettle Falls High School. The Kettle Falls High
School students will present an art gallery, choir performance, dance team performance,
drama skits, and a fashion show. Food bank donations are being collected
for the Kettle Falls Food Bank. |

SOFTBALL team has qualified for the state tournament! Their first opponent will be the Toutle Lake Fighting Ducks
@ 9:00 am at Gateway Sports Complex in Yakima on May 25.

Kettle Falls finished 4th place in league in baseball. We are one of the host sites for next Tuesday, May 8. Kettle will play in the 4:00 game against the winner of the 1:00 game on our field. The games will be loser out. 1:00 game - Davenport versus Liberty or Springdale 4:00 game - Kettle Falls versus the winner of the 1:00 game. IT IS A TOURNAMENT GAME AND THERE IS AN ADMISSION FEE. The Kettle Falls FFA trap shooting team placed 4th at the state trap shoot in Wenatchee. Vanessa Holland placed 2nd in the Girls High Individual in the State and placed 1st for the Missing Out game. David Graham placed 8th in the State for boys and placed 2nd in the state for the buddy shoot game. Thank you to the team for working so hard and thank you to all of the parents for helping out and supporting the team!

The National Honor Society recognizes excellence in student
achievement, not only in academics but in the categories of service,
leadership, character, and citizenship.
All sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a GPA of 3.5 will be considered for
the nomination into the National Honor Society. Applications will be
reviewed by a panel of staff members.
Please see Mrs. Langrehr for an application. The
deadline is Tuesday, April 17th.
