SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR OPENS

The Kettle Falls Elementary Library will be sponsoring a Scholastic Book Fair to be held in our library this week.

Hours:  

Wednesday, April 11th - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, April 12th - 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday, April 13th - 8:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.

STUDENT-LED CONFERENCES - NO SCHOOL

There will be no school on Thursday and Friday, April 12 & 13, to allow time for Student Led Conferences.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Kindergarten Registration will be held April 9th through April 20th, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in the elementary school office. Children must be 5 years old by August 31, 2012, to be eligible for kindergarten.  Please bring your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and Social Security card.  Immunizations do not need to be completed before registration but must be completed before the first day of school.   We have special “Welcome to School” gifts for the first 40 students registered!

WRESTLING POTLUCK!

Mat Dog Wrestling end-of-the-season potluck will be held this Saturday, April 14th, at 6:00 p.m. in the M.S. Cafeteria. For more info, please call Coach Kevin at 684 6422.

Chocolates will be available for pick-up by parents on Tuesday, March 20th, from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Elementary School Lunchroom. Money is to be collected as you deliver the chocolates and returned to school by TUESDAY, MARCH 27th. Checks should be made payable to Kettle Falls Elem ASB.

Please remember to sell chocolates this weekend, and continue to

bring in your daily drawing slips (one for every five items sold). The slips remain in the basket for every drawing! We will have prize drawings every afternoon through Thursday, March 1st. On Thursday, we will be giving away several big prizes including FOUR BICYCLES - two for boys and two for girls! ALL CHOCOLATE ORDERS ARE DUE ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 29TH. -PLEASE RETURN JUST THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE YELLOW INFORMATION SHEET.  Keep the colored order form with customer names at home so that you can use it for delivering your chocolates. Chocolates will be available for pick-up on Tuesday, March 20th, from 2:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the lunchroom. All proceeds will be spent on elementary school projects and

activities for our students.  Thank you for participating!!
